Can 2 people (one with an electric guitar & one with a acoustic guitar) take guitar lessons at the same time?

December 16th, 2009

My Grandma and I want to take guitar lessons together (eaisier for transportation) but she has an acoustic guitar and I have an electric.

sure its very possible, most lessons are private, but i think there are lessons that arnt

the teacher will probably teach you individually asking either you or your grandma to play something 1 at a time

or if not the sound of an electric can be changed to accommodate for the acoustic sound

i dont think so, the basics may be the same but im sure they are played with different techniques. why dont you ask the centre or the person that will teach you they might find a way round the problem if there is one.
